Facebook Jobs is a part of Facebook to help its users find or either source employment. The two features of Facebook Jobs are ‘Seeking’ or ‘Hiring.
Looking for work through Facebook can be beneficial for many reasons such as having a more personal connection with an employer, allowing you to be more personal and most importantly the ease of applications. This step-by-step below will hopefully point you in the right direction:
Step 1: Head over to https://www.facebook.com/jobs (You may have to log in to your Facebook account).
Step 2 (Seeking): You have access to the search bar to search for things like Location or the type of job you are looking for, how you would like to receive pay and how much!
Step 2(Hiring): When creating a Job you can set ‘Job Details’ such as the Job Title, Business Name, Work Location, The number of Hours Available, Job description and Salary Ranges. You will be able to preview all of these settings in a screening section before putting the job up for others to see.
Step 3: Finally ‘Seeking’ and ‘Hiring’ should be checking their details are up to date if anything changes, also keeping up to date with your messages or emails.
