Step 1: Head over to https://www.snapchat.com/download/ and follow the process of making an account. (Available for download on ios and Android).
Step 2: Once fully downloaded you can then open Snapchat and at the bottom of your screen you will see 5 icons, from left to right you have, Snap Maps, Chats, Camera, Friends and finally Spotlight.
Step 3: Find and Click on Friends and locate the + sign in the top right, from here you can follow/subscribe to anyone, whether that is an Influencer or Celebrity that uses the app.
