How to set up your monthly SEO report emails
Your Victory Digital dashboard can send you a monthly SEO report by email, automatically, so you never have to remember to check your scores. Setting it up takes less than a minute once you are logged in. This article covers where to find the setting, how to choose what is included, and what to expect when the emails arrive.
Where to find the email schedule setting
Log in to your client dashboard at https://victory.digital/client-dashboard. Once you are in, look for the Reports section on the main navigation bar. There you will find an option labelled "Email schedule" or "Report emails" depending on your dashboard version.
Click into it and you will see a simple form: a toggle to turn the emails on or off, a frequency selector (monthly is the default), and a field for the email addresses you want the report sent to. You can add more than one address, so everyone on your team who needs the data can receive it at the same time.
If you have several websites tracked in your dashboard, you will see a separate email setting for each one. That means you can set up monthly reports for one site but not another, or send different sites to different people in your organisation.
Choose what the email contains
The monthly report email includes the same data you see on your latest SEO report: your overall score out of 100, the pass or fail checks for each on-page factor, and the plain-English checklist of fixes you can use to improve. It focuses on the things that change slowly, which is why it is monthly rather than weekly or daily.
The email does not include ranking data or AI visibility scores by default, because those change too quickly for a monthly snapshot to be useful. If you want rankings and AI visibility in your regular view, open your dashboard instead, where both update roughly every hour. For a deeper comparison across dates, your dashboard's reports section lets you pull up historical scores side by side.
You can test what the email will look like before switching it on. The same settings page has a "Send test email" button that delivers a sample report to the addresses you have entered, so you can see the format and decide whether it meets your needs.
What to expect when the emails arrive
The email arrives from Victory Digital with the subject line "Your Monthly SEO Report for [website name]". It contains a summary of your score and a link back to the full dashboard. The real value is in the comparison: the month-on-month change tells you whether the work being done on your site is shifting the needle. A score that climbs from 62 to 71 over two months tells you the fixes are landing. One that drifts down tells you something needs attention.
The emails are sent on the same day each month, roughly the date you set them up. If you change your mind, returning to the same page and toggling the emails off stops them immediately. No confirmation needed, and your data is not deleted.
