How to export your SEO data from the client dashboard

Cai 3 min readClient Portal

Your Victory Digital client dashboard stores all your rankings, AI visibility scores, reports and activity in one place. Sometimes you need that data outside the dashboard, whether to share it with a stakeholder, include it in a board report or keep a historical record alongside your own notes. Exporting is straightforward and takes a few clicks.

What data can you export?

The dashboard lets you export three main types of data:

Ranking data shows where your site appears for each tracked keyword, how that position has changed over time and whether AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) cite your brand. This comes from the Metrona tracking module.

Report data gives you the full SEO report in a downloadable format, covering technical issues, on-page scores and backlink information. This is the same data the free SEO report produces, but with your full reporting history.

Activity data lists recent changes, updates and interactions on your account, which is useful for audits or internal records.

How to export ranking data

Go to the Rankings or AI Visibility section of the dashboard. You will see either an Export or Download button at the top right of the data table. Click it and choose CSV (comma-separated values, opens in any spreadsheet program) or PDF (formatted report ready to share).

The export includes every keyword you track, its current position, the change since last check, the search volume estimate and your AI visibility score. If you only want a subset of keywords, use the filter options on the page first, then export the filtered view.

How to export your latest SEO report

Open the Reports section from the main menu. Find the report you want and click the download icon next to it or select Export Report from the options menu. The dashboard generates a PDF version of the full report, including all the scores, recommendations and findings from that date.

You can also export individual report sections if you only need one area, such as technical issues or content opportunities. Look for the section-level export option inside the report viewer.

How to export activity data

Go to the Activity or History log. Most versions of the dashboard show a calendar range selector at the top. Set the date range you need, then click Export or Download. The file comes as a CSV with timestamps, user names and action descriptions.

What to do with your exported data

CSV files open in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. You can build your own charts, combine data across months or feed it into internal reporting tools. PDF reports are ready to email or print as they are.

If you get stuck

Export options are in the same menus across all dashboard versions, but the exact button label can vary. If you cannot find the export option for a specific section, email [email protected] with your account name and the data type you need, and the team can send it to you directly.
