Born and raised in North Devon, I have been working in digital for over 10 years. Specialising in search engine optimisation, I have worked across hundreds of websites, across multiple niches. In my spare time, I enjoy taking Pip for a walk, building computers and also playing a number of video games.
I’m Claire, Victory’s top tea maker and Wii Bowling Champion.
I joined the Victory Digital family in June 2020, with my main specialties being SEO and PPC. I also have experience in Content Writing and Social Media Management, and I am a self-proclaimed Excel Queen.
When I’m not at work, I like reading crime fiction, binging Netflix boxsets, exploring scenic trails with my rescue dog Dasher, or trying the latest foodie spots around town.

A self-confessed grammar geek, I have an appreciation of and respect for the written word and its potential to influence people in so many different ways. I have lived in Devon for most of my life and embrace the activities and opportunities that life by the coast brings. I love paddleboarding, swimming, camping and generally hanging out with my family and dogs in the Great Outdoors. And, of course, I am an avid reader of anything and everything.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me watching Arsenal (for better or worse), getting into a solid TV series – with Lost, Yellowstone, and Stranger Things firmly in my top three. I love getting away for a few days camping with my partner and our labrador, Fender.
I'm also a big fan of festivals and live music, and when I’m home, I'm either working on my music site 'Upcoming Bands' - supporting new artists and bands, or winding down with a few games and rounds of FIFA or Tekken.
I joined Victory Digital in 2022 after peaking my head through the office window, I saw that Cai and Claire were playing Mario Kart, natually, I joined the team immediately.
Not only have I joined a great ever growing team, I'm the Mario Kart Champion.
...Oh and when I'm not at work I'm usually at home tinkering with Warhammer, immersed in some sort of game or swimming at the beach.
I love cars, cats and my fiancee. I love to travel and learn all things film and TV! You'll often find me buried in the world of Tiktok or curled up in the corner doing a wordsearch.
Pip loves to walk as much as possible and will often go to the extra effort of pulling on her lead when walking because she loves it that much. In her spare time she likes to sleep, eat cheese, and make various sounds and smells. Pip is a kind-natured dog who will always be the first to greet a client when they pop by for a coffee and cake.

Our Office Space
Victory Digital is located at the Node Cowork Enterprise Building in Barnstaple. Here we have an amazing space to work in, with super fast gigabit internet, amazing facilities and office space that is a great working environment.
Here, we have great meeting rooms, a café and amenities to support our staff and clients when they visit. In our office in particular, we work hard, but also play hard. With Wii Bowling competitions and an open fridge that is often filled with Apple Tango thanks to Levi.
