How do I sign up to Twitter?
- Either download the Twitter app or go to http://www.twitter.com www.twitter.com
- Go to the bottom of the screen and click ‘Sign up for Twitter’
- Now input your name,phone number or email address and your date of birth.
- After this, you will be asked to ‘Customise your experience’ - this feature will allow you to to tailor your feed to see more relevant ads and see the friends from your contact diary on your phone.
- Next, a verification code will be sent to your phone, which you will have to input into Twitter.
- Now, you create your password.
- Next, you will be asked to upload a profile photo.
- After this step, you’ll be asked to ‘describe yourself’ in 160 characters for your bio.
- Then, you will be able to customise your twitter feed by searching for interests of yours and then Twitter will find people for you to follow.
- You have now successfully logged in to Twitter!
