We work with some of the largest and best-known brands such as TrustATrader, Home Instead Senior Care and Avantus Aerospace to provide a range of high quality digital marketing services across multiple industries, platforms and mediums. Must have digital marketing agency experience An exciting opportunity to join an established, fast-growing digital marketing agency. Victory Digital specialises in SEO, PPC, Content Marketing and Social Media and due to multiple new SEO client wins, a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced SEO executive. As an SEO executive you will be supporting the senior SEO team members. Victory Digital are rapidly growing; therefore, this position is fast paced and very hands on. We are looking for an individual that is dedicated and determined in their career and who has a passion for the industry and wishes to progress quickly with a growing, innovative company.

Responsibilities will include

Conducting keyword research SEO auditing and technical analysis Conducting broad SEO analysis to define the cause and resolution of SEO issues Using ethical SEO knowledge and techniques to meet the organic objectives of our clients Monthly strategic reporting Reputation management and natural link building activities Knowledge and Experience: Strong Technical SEO knowledge A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a SEO focused role (experience in other disciplines is an excellent bonus, but SEO should make up the bulk of your experience) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge and experience with HTML and CSS Excellent Microsoft office skills, with emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint Intermediate experience working with SEO tools like Screaming Frog, AHREFS and SEMRush Knowledge and experience with popular content management systems and ecommerce platforms like WordPress, Magento, Shopify and WooCommerce Experience working with web analytics packages; Google Analytics, search console and more. Agency experience Personal Characteristics: Excellent written and spoken English Excellent general communication skills Can clearly demonstrate setting and reaching goals Excellent organisational and planning skills Excellent problem-solving skills, initiative and creativity Must have the ability to work well independently and part of a team The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines with the ability to time manage Ambition and dedication to further your position as well as the goals of the company.
