Here at Victory Digital we like to use ultra-wide monitors, we find this really helpful when we need to have multiple windows open. We find these are best for our needs and help us to be as productive as possible.

There are always new monitors coming out but here are a few that you mind find beneficial.

Asus 500Hz gaming monitor

The name of this monitor gives away what it is all about; gaming.

For the average gamer 60Hz is enough, for some 100hz is the “sweet-point” and for some 240hz is a must have but this monitor blows them all out of the water with a very impressive 500Hz. For the office this would be completely over the top but if you’re a pro-gamer, looking into this monitor could be great for you.

Samsung Odyssey Ark

This 55″ behemoth is my personal favourite of today’s selection, it would look completely natural in one of Tony Starks secret labs.

With 4K, you’re also getting a 1ms response time and a 165hz refresh rate so this monitor will be no slouch!

With rumours suggesting these will retail between £2,500-£3,000, they may have to stay in Tony Starks lab for now but look at the image below, it’s glorious 1000R curve is truly mind blowing.

BenQ PD3200U

This monitor has a little trick up its sleeve, it has a CAD/CAM mode and factory-calibrated colour accuracy giving it a fantastic display which is why gamers, as well as professionals, enjoy this monitor. This may be the perfect monitor if you often work from home but also like to play a few games of an evening or weekend.

A modest 32″ monitor that offers 4k at 60fps, this monitor sits nicely in the middle of work and play.

HP E27m G4 QHD USB-C Conferencing Monitor

The title doesn’t exactly roll off of the tongue but we’re not here to discuss the names of monitors.

This monitor is different again from the other monitors, this monitor has a camera built into it. As the title suggests it is designed with conferencing in mind.

It steps up to the competition with a much more expected 27″ display, which is considerably smaller than some of the other monitors but this is meant to be seamless when it comes to talking to your fellow team members. It’s topped by a 5-megapixel pop-up, tilt-adjustable webcam with Windows Hello support, dual echo-cancelling microphones, and twin 5-watt stereo speakers. Streamers will turn their noses up at this because it is not groundbreaking but it doesn’t need to be, it is catering to those who in the office have regular video calls. The screen itself is good, again it’s not going to break any records but it will do for someone who is purely going to be using it for work purposes.
