What counts as an emergency
- An active wasp or hornet nest close to a home, entrance, garden or children's play area
- Rats or mice inside a property
- Bed bugs in a holiday let or guest accommodation with arrivals imminent
- Wasps, hornets or other stinging insects inside a building
- Any pest problem that is creating an immediate health, safety or property risk
